Video of IAF Hitting Weapons Storage Facility in Gaza

The IDF released video footage on Monday which proves that an IAF attack overnight Saturday struck a weapons manufacturing site in the heart of a civilian neighborhood in northern Gaza.
The video shows an initial explosion immediately followed by secondary explosions and combustion, indicating the presence of many weapons in the bombed site. The IDF stressed that the documentation proves how the Hamas terrorist organization chooses to operate from the heart of Gaza’s civilian population, using civilians as human shields.

I don’t understand what this video is supposed to prove.
What I understood: Israel bombed a Palestinian owned facility for the sole reason to understand whether it had boms in it or not.
Doesn’t Palestine have EVERY right to store weapons for defense as Israel does??
Hence, Israel bombing them first, which proved two things: Israel has bombs too, Israel caused unnecessary explosions just to make a petty video. If they were aware there was a civilian building right next door… then that proved their carelessness with their lives.
Oh, and the reason the bomb storage is located near a civilian building is because they don’t have any more TERRITORY to store them any where else.
Israel seized Palestine’s land, remember?
