Noy Eisen is an Israel Defense Forces Emergency Situation Instructor and her job is to teach fifth graders proper procedures in emergency situations that can arise in Israel. Just as the political climate in Israel can change dramatically in a moment, so too must Israel’s citizens be prepared to do the same. She is preparing the next generation.
