Saudi Prince Ups IDF Kidnap Ante to $$1 Million

October 30, 2011

Prince Khaled bin Talal, a brother of  a Saudi billionaire prince, told a private Saudi television station he is raising to $1million a cleric’s paltry $100,000 offer to kidnap and IDF soldier.

“Dr. Awad al-Qarni said he was offering $100,000 to only take a prisoner. I tell Dr. Awad al-Qarni, ‘I will be in solidarity with you and pay the remaining $900,000 to take an Israeli soldier prisoner so that other prisoners can be freed.’”

Qarni last week said he posted the award for kidnapping an Israeli solder in order to match a similar sum offered by relatives of Shlomo Libman, who was murdered by Arab terrorists in 1998 near the Jewish community of Yitzhar in Samaria.

The cleric’s offer came after he repeatedly urged more kidnappings as a way to free terrorists. Israel two weeks ago agreed to free 1,027 terrorists and security prisoners in exchange for the return of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, held hostage by Gaza terrorists for more than five years.

“The press reported that the Zionist settlers will pay huge amounts of money to whoever kills the freed Palestinian prisoners,” al-Qarni said. “In response to these criminals, I declare to the world that any Palestinian who will jail an Israeli soldier and exchange him for prisoners will be rewarded with a $100,000 prize,” he wrote on Facebook.
