J-Biz Expo to unify Jewish business world across continents

If you’re an Israeli business looking to gain ground in the U.S. market, a whole new window of opportunity is open.

The 2016 J-Biz Expo, which will take place on June 1st at the 150,000 square foot New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center, unites Jewish community business, major corporations and elected officials from throughout the world to stimulate economic success for individuals and businesses at all levels.

“It is no secret that the business worlds in the U.S. and Israel are now more intertwined than ever, and there are growing opportunities for those living in both countries,” says Duvi Honig, founder and director of J-Biz. “We are here to help bridge this gap even further.”

J-Biz will feature a business conference with leading speakers and workshops on key topics, as well as a massive business-to-business exhibition floor, open to businesses in all industries. J-Biz continually attracts leading business personalities and elected officials.

This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Kivi Bernhard, author of Leopardology: The Hunt for Profit in a Tough Global Economy, a religious Jew and coveted speaker at the most prestigious business conferences around the globe.

Yaakov Hecht, senior director of ZDH Consulting, a sophisticated online marketing firm based in Beit Shemesh, explains what exhibitors can expect to accomplish at J-Biz Expo.

“Let’s be honest, ‘outsourcing’ has a negative connotation and Americans are reluctant to deal with Israel based businesses because of that,” says Yaakov. “However, when you meet them face to face and show what you do for them, for a lower price, you can convince them.”

ZDH Consulting is among the hundreds of diverse businesses, including several Israel-based businesses, that exhibited at the Parnassah Expo, the J-Biz Expo’s predecessor, between 2012 and 2015. Following every expo that ZDH exhibited at, it earned scores of new clients and saw double digit annual revenue increases. Some of the firm’s leading clients today are from America, and those relationships were formed at the expo.

Thousands of motivated individuals from Jewish communities across North America, Europe, Israel, and other nations, attend. This is the ideal venue to network, build your brand, and forge promising relationships with individuals and businesses you would ordinarily not come in contact with.

J-Biz Expo is a project of the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce (OJC), a fast growing conglomerate of nearly 1,000 religious Jewish community businesses across North America, and other countries. The OJC has forged coveted relationships with leading multinational banks as well as top officials in the White House, Congress, and state governments.

President Barack Obama penned an enthusiastic letter on behalf of the expo, lauding its contributions to the U.S. and global economy. New Jersey Senator Cory Booker has a particularly close relationship with the OJC, and is working together with the Chamber on a variety of projects.

“When you attend a professional business networking event organized by the religious Jewish community in America, it is very unique,” says Yaakov Hecht. “Attendees at J-Biz expo respect the fact that you live in Israel, and are eager to do business with you. You just need to show them face-to-face why you’re the best option.”
