An explosion Saturday at Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip killed at least one suspected terrorist and wounded six more, medical sources said.
It was not yet known what caused the blast in a house in the town that straddles the border with Egypt, the sources said.
Witnesses claimed, without elaborating, that most of the injured, including two seriously hurt, are “activists” – a term often used by Palestinian Arab sources to describe members of terrorist groups operating in the Islamist-controlled territory.
