Jewish Home Chairman Naftali Bennett visited the Western Wall (Kotel) in Jerusalem on Monday, less than 24 hours before Israelis head to the polls.
“We are in the most sacred site for the Jewish people, and here we continue the great process of connecting with Israel and Judaism,” he stated to the press during the visit.
“We’ll safeguard the Land of Israel, the people of Israel and the Torah of Israel,” he continued, adding that by voting for Jewish Home, “Israel can raise up its head [in pride].”
“On this day I say to all the people of Israel: come together, we are strong together,” he concluded. “We have a large Jewish Home to keep what is most important for us in the world of Judaism”.
