Nehorai Danino, 13, who was wounded in an ATV accident Wednesday, died Tuesday of his injuries at Sheba Medical Center.

Danino was in an ATV that overturned, during the shooting of a video for his Bar Mitzva, near Yavneh.

Police are investigating the tragic accident and have not determined who is to blame for Danino’s death. Several youths may face charges for operating the vehicle without a license. It is not yet clear who was driving the ATV when it overturned.

One youth was arrested and later freed on bail, on suspicion that he was involved in the accident. Another youth is suspected of allowing Nehorai to sit in the ATV and of obstructing justice after the accident. He is still in jail.
