A Taste of Israel: Get ready as London is transformed on 23 Nov

On Sunday, 23rd November, London’s JW3 restaurant will be holding an Israeli extravaganza.

The “A Taste of Israel” expo at JW3, is being billed as “the ultimate Israel experience without leaving London”; guests are invited to revel in the connection and feel inspired at the presentations, workshops and exhibitions. Among the attractions will be vendors straight from Israel’s top organisations, to help would-be olim find out about all the exciting opportunities available in Israel and gain practical tips on making the move to Israel.

“A Taste of Israel” is sponsored by The Jewish Agency, The World Zionist Organisation, The Ministry of Aliyah and Immigrant Absorption and The Jewish Chronicle. The day-long festival will open at 10:30 am and span until 17:30. Visit JW3 as it hosts the perfect Israel celebration.

With a special emphasis on Aliyah, various consultants and advocates will be on site to guide you on all matters relating to Aliyah, including finances, real estate, immigrant benefits, employment, education and more! Prepare to make Israel your home and make the transition a smooth one. Make personal connections to boost your journey to Israel.

Even those not contemplating Aliyah can glean insights for their next vacation in Israel, investment opportunities or planning a simcha. In short, this event is sure to be great for all seeking to show their support for Israel.

In addition to making connections, “A Taste of Israel” will feature several interesting activities and workshops all day long. Taste some of Israel’s finest foods and wines in the Demo Kitchen. Crack some culinary secrets with Israeli Celebrity Chef Or Golan and enjoy a gourmet food and wine presentation by British immigrant to Israeli MasterChef Josh Steele, a recent contestant on the hit Israeli television series.

The festival will include day-long activities for children, led by the Israeli Scouts, who will provide programming for children ages 4-12. Participants can also join in an important discussion about the role of Jewish media in supporting Israel, moderated by Israel’s Channel 2 Anchor-man Amit Segal and featuring The JC Editor Stephen Pollard and representatives from Israel. You’ll also be able to take a peek at the “Israel in Full Image” photo exhibition and relive highlights from Israel’s history and celebrate the impact immigrants have had on Israeli society.

Rejoice in Israel’s greatness and connect to the Jewish Homeland at the “A Taste of Israel” expo! Celebrate your love for Israel and join us on 23 November!
