A special poll emphasizing the fate of religious and haredi parties in the elections found that three haredi-oriented parties would enter the next Knesset.

If elections were held now, said the poll, both Shas and United Torah Judaism would achieve six seats in the Knesset. In addition, Eli Yishai’s Yachad-Ha’am Itanu party would pass the minimum vote requirement, and receive four seats.

The poll indicated that Yishai’s party has a wide basis of support among many different groups.

Only 12% of those who said they would vote for Yishai said they were former Shas voters; 16% of them voted for Jewish Home in the last election, and 5% for the Likud. In addition, 33% of the Yachad voters are of Ashkenazic background.

Jewish Home would achieve fourteen seats, the poll showed. Yesh Atid would receive 11 seats. Moshe Kahlon’s Kulanu party would receive eight seats, while Meretz would achieve six. The United Arab List would receive 11.

The poll also showed Likud and Labor-Hatnua both receiving 24 seats.
