Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, said that the “only thing that ensures our existence, security and prosperity is our strength.” Netanyahu asserted that, “We are obligated to continue to develop the military, economic and social strength of the State of Israel.”

The PM’s statement was made against the backdrop of recent events. The Iranian regime recently announced that it has the ability to wipe out Israel in nine minutes. The Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, proclaimed that the  “Zionist regime is really the cancerous tumor of this region and it needs to be removed and will be removed” and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem recently called for the mass killing of Jews, wherever they are to be found.  Similar proclamations seem to be emanating and echoing from the Arab world daily.

The incitement and hatred of Jews has long been established as a dominant theme throughout Arab society. However, these unrestrained remarks, which are announced with pride, are coming at an increasing rate.
