A British Islamist who goes by the name “Abu Haleema” recently posted a video to the internet in which he said he would rather see a president like Donald Trump, who “openly tells the Muslims that he hates them”, over Barack Obama, to whom he referred as “a snake who hides it.”

In a subsequent video, Abu Haleema was joined by other like-minded Islamists, who referred to Trump as “an idiotic infidel,” and called him “the ugly face of democracy.”

The first video was posted to the internet back in December, and presumably referred to Trump’s call to temporarily bar Muslims from entering the United States due to security concerns – a call that was made following the deadly attack by radicalized Muslims in San Bernardino, California.

The second video was posted last week. Both videos were translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).
